"I’ve been training with the help and guidance of Lewis for over a year now. I have gained body awareness, strength and skills in the areas which I’ve been wanting to improve in.
My handstands have been my favourite thing to train. With Lewis’ help I can now hold them straighter, for longer.
Lewis is able to break things down and work out where your weaknesses are and helps you to work on specific areas. For example, I struggled with pull ups, but now I'm able to do weighted pull ups which is something I never thought would be on the cards.
Not only has Lewis helped in my training but he also provides such a fun, warming environment.
It’s been such a lovely journey so far and I look forward to what the next year entails!"
